Coverage status
The 10 cm and 30 cm LED cabinet light bars are not yet on sale. Warranty terms are being published in advance of listing, so the headline number below is the term that will apply from the date each unit is delivered to the buyer. The full terms of sale, including any service procedures that depend on the regional fulfilment partner, are confirmed before the listing goes live.
Warranty period
A standard 12-month warranty applies from the delivery date for the unit recorded on the carrier's tracking record. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use.
Exclusions
The warranty does not cover, and VOLACI is not liable for:
- Damage caused by unauthorized modification, disassembly, or opening of the housing.
- Physical damage from drops, impact, crushing, liquid ingress, or exposure to conditions outside the rated IP20 indoor-dry environment.
- Normal wear, including gradual cosmetic change to finishes over time.
- Consumables such as the rechargeable battery after the stated cycle life has been exceeded.
- Damage caused by use with a non-USB power source, by a damaged charging cable, or by operation at voltages outside the 5V rating marked on the unit.
How to request an RMA
To start a warranty claim, contact VOLACI support with the order number, the delivery date, and a short description of the issue including a photo where helpful. Approved claims receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and an address to send the unit to. Return shipping terms for warranty service are described in the Shipping & Returns policy.
