Processing window, expected transit by region, tracking method, and the battery-transport regime that applies to the 10 cm and 30 cm LED cabinet light bars.

Processing time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days from confirmation. Processing time covers order verification, pick-and-pack, and handover to the carrier. It does not include the carrier's transit window.

Expected transit by region

The 10 cm and 30 cm LED cabinet light bars ship from our factory partner by tracked express line. The figures below are the transit windows VOLACI quotes to buyers at the time of order:

Windows above are estimates based on the standard express service selected at the time of shipment. Carrier delays due to customs inspection, public holidays, or weather events are outside VOLACI's control and may extend the upper end of the range.

Tracking

A tracking number is sent by email once the carrier scans the parcel at the origin hub. Tracking events appear on the carrier's portal as the unit moves through the network. If the tracking record has not updated within the expected transit window, contact VOLACI support so we can open a carrier trace.

Battery-transport compliance

Both light bars contain a built-in rechargeable lithium-ion cell. They are shipped under UN3481 (lithium-ion battery contained in equipment), PI967 Section II — the non-restricted provision of the IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations. Under Section II:

• The cell is contained inside the equipment and protected from accidental activation.
• The unit passes the UN38.3 test series before shipment.
• The outer package carries the Class 9 lithium-battery handling label required for air freight.
• A Shipper's Declaration for Dangerous Goods (DGD) is filed with the carrier.

Buyers do not need to take any action on this — the compliance work is handled by VOLACI and the factory partner before the parcel is handed to the carrier. Reference: docs/cross-border/logistics-UN3481.md.
