Frequently asked questions

What pack size should I order?

A 1-pack covers a single under-cabinet run or closet shelf. A 2-pack covers counter + pantry or a stairway top and bottom. 3-4 packs suit full kitchens or longer wardrobes.

Can I cut the light bar to length?

No. This is a one-piece molded sensor light bar with a built-in battery — it is not cuttable. Choose 10 cm, 20 cm or 30 cm lengths instead.

How do I install it?

Stick the adhesive metal strip where you want the light, then snap the bar on magnetically. No tools, no wiring. Recharge via 5V USB (Type-C port) when needed.

How far does the motion sensor reach?

The PIR sensor detects motion within a 3 m distance and across a 120° beam angle in warm white 3000K light. Step out of the zone and the bar turns off automatically.

What's the warranty?

30-day return window from delivery. LED lifespan figure is published once our lab measurement is verified.
